BMW M5 Competition Edition with 600 HP

The heart of this sprinter is the well known 4.4-liter high-speed V8 BMW M Twin Power Turbo engine. Power is increased to 600-hp, with a maximum torque of 700 NM. With this BMW M5 Competition Edition is among the most powerful cars in the model history of BMW. Another 600-hp powered model is the 2017 BMW Alpina B7.

Increasing the pressure in the turbines along with special modifications in the control engine management unit, have led to an increase in dynamic model parameters to 600-hp. The maximum torque has been increased by 20 NM to 700 NM and generates 516 pound-feet of torque. These parameters allow it to accelerate to 60mph in just 3.9 seconds.
